The studio has a Flexia reformer, box, and jump board. The reformer is studio-grade, made of solid cherry hardwood and aluminum alloy, and fits most body types from 5’0” to 6'6" and up to 350 lbs.

The reformer includes an adjustable headrest, 4-way adjustable padded foot bar, 4-way adjustable shoulder blocks, 3-way adjustable spring bar, padded foot strap, infinitely adjustable ropes, five springs (4 tension levels), and a real-time movement sensor.

In addition to the reformer and accessories, props are available, including a Booty Kicker barre, dumbbells, FlexKords, magic circles, Pilates balls, a Lululemon Studio mirror, and more.

Nicole Bellamy is a Pilates and yoga instructor on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. She completed her Reformer Pilates teacher training through Right Balance Pilates and teaches in their Easton studio. In addition to mat and reformer Pilates, Nicole is an E-RYT200 and RYT500 hour yoga instructor, with additional Yoga Alliance certification in Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga and Prenatal Yoga.

Nicole expanded her home studio to share her love of Reformer Pilates with others. Reformer Pilates was instrumental in her physical recovery after giving birth to her son in 2021. She appreciates how Pilates blends strength, flexibility, and balance in a unique way that supports full-body wellness. Her passion for this discipline is rooted in its ability to offer a diverse range of exercises that can be adapted to different fitness levels and needs, making it an inclusive practice for all her clients.

  • Eastern Shore Core is located in my private home studio. Please use Pemberton Park on the west side of Salisbury, Maryland, as a reference point to plan your route. The exact address will be provided to you in your booking receipt.

  • Pilates is for everyone, regardless of their fitness level or prior experience. Each client is unique and starts their journey from their current level of experience. Every session is customized to meet your specific needs and goals, allowing you to progress at your own pace. This personalized attention helps build confidence and fosters a supportive environment for total beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

  • The Flexia reformer fits most body types from 5’0” to 6'6" and up to 350 lbs.

  • Single sessions are available for $55 each. For better value, consider the package options: the 5-session pack is priced at $260, making each session $52, while the 10-session package reduces the cost to $50 per session.

    Upon purchasing a package, you will receive a unique booking code that you can use for future session reservations. If you're undecided about whether to choose a package or a single session, you have the option to book a session without immediate payment. During your visit, we can apply your package code to cover the session cost.

  • You do not need to pay by credit card on our website. We also accept cash, Venmo, or CashApp for your convenience. Feel free to choose the payment method that works best for you. The booking system will not require credit card payment to secure your session.

  • No, sessions do not expire. You can redeem them at any time.

  • To book your Reformer Pilates session, follow these steps:

    1. Select "Select an Appointment."

    2. Choose "Reformer Pilates" and click on the "Book" button.

    3. Browse the open times available for the next few days.

    4. Click forward to see additional future dates and available slots.

    The available and unbooked times will be clearly displayed for your convenience.

  • Wear comfortable, fitted exercise clothing and bring grippy socks. If you are new to Pilates or don’t have a pair, studio pairs are available to borrow. Also, please bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated.

  • I teach group classes (up to 9 practitioners per class) at Right Balance Pilates studio in Easton, Maryland.

    For those who prefer personalized attention before joining a group, these sessions are specifically designed for one client at a time, ensuring tailored guidance to build your confidence and understanding of the reformer.
