We know it can feel intimidating to walk into a Pilates studio for the first time. You may wonder if you’ll know what to do, if you’re strong enough, or if everyone else already knows the equipment.


You do not have to arrive strong, flexible, coordinated, or confident. That is what we are here to help you build. Our classes offer clear instruction, thoughtful modifications, and a supportive environment so you can learn at your own pace.


Classes stay small, instruction stays personal, and progress stays yours. Whether it is your first class or your five hundredth, you will leave stronger than you came in.

One Membership, Every Class

Every class on the regular schedule is included in your membership (4, 8, 12, or unlimited classes per month). Mix and match them however your week looks.

Spring-based resistance on our Balanced Body Bravo reformers builds strength, control, and precision.

Reformer Classes

Supportive movement for every stage of pregnancy and recovery. Monthly workshops included in your membership.

Prenatal + Postpartum

Choose infrared heated mat classes that warm you from the inside out, or non-heated strength and barre.

Mat + Barre Classes

Saturday mornings among the plants at Tidal Roots Garden Center, alternating yoga and Pilates each week. Stay after class for the full-service coffee bar.
